1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://www.walshbrotherselectric.com/ (the “Site”), or by hiring Walsh Brothers Electric LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for electrical services, you (“you” or “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules that may be posted on the Site. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site, nor may you request or use any services provided by Walsh Brothers Electric LLC.
2. Eligibility and User Obligations
Eligibility: You certify that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian who consents to these Terms.
Lawful Use: You agree to use the Site and any services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the Site to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when submitting service requests, payment information, or other data on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Conduct: You must not (a) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or any servers or networks connected to the Site; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; (c) use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site without our permission; or (d) collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Site.
3. Services and Payments
Scope of Services: Walsh Brothers Electric LLC, located at 3380 Tschopp Road NE, Lancaster, Ohio 43130, offers residential and commercial electrical installation, repair, and maintenance services. Services include, but are not limited to, panel upgrades, rewiring, lighting design and installation, surge protection, security camera setup, and inspection services.
Estimates and Quotes: All service estimates provided by Walsh Brothers Electric LLC are for informational purposes and subject to change based on site inspection, materials, labor rates, and permit requirements. Any estimate exceeding seven (7) days from issuance may be revised.
Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and financing options offered through Wisetack for eligible projects between $500 and $15,000 with terms from 3 to 12 months at APRs ranging from 0–35.9%. Any late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month (18% APR) or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the estimated service cost or a minimum of $50, whichever is greater.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Walsh Brothers Electric LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal or business-related, non-commercial purposes in connection with obtaining our services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
Trademarks: “Walsh Brothers Electric LLC” and its logos, taglines, and other marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Walsh Brothers Electric LLC. You may not use these trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not provided by Walsh Brothers Electric LLC, in any manner likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Walsh Brothers Electric LLC.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY WALSH BROTHERS ELECTRIC LLC ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
Service Warranties: While we use commercially reasonable efforts to perform all services in a professional and workmanlike manner, Walsh Brothers Electric LLC explicitly disclaims all other warranties, whether written, oral, express, or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any manufacturer’s warranties on installed equipment will be passed through to you, but we do not warrant those products beyond the manufacturer’s terms.
Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WALSH BROTHERS ELECTRIC LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR ANY SERVICES, EVEN IF WALSH BROTHERS ELECTRIC LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Maximum Liability: IN ANY EVENT, WALSH BROTHERS ELECTRIC LLC’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SERVICES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $1,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Walsh Brothers Electric LLC, its affiliates, and their respective owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; (c) your use of the Site or our services; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.
7. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Walsh Brothers Electric LLC. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party content, including accuracy, legality, or any user’s rights to such content. If you access any third-party site, you do so at your own risk and without any affiliation to Walsh Brothers Electric LLC.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms, the Site, or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Venue and Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
Arbitration (Optional): If a dispute arises, you and Walsh Brothers Electric LLC agree first to attempt to resolve it informally by good faith negotiations. If informal negotiations are unsuccessful, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Fairfield County, Ohio, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
10. Modifications to Terms
Walsh Brothers Electric LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Walsh Brothers Electric LLC’s failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any documents incorporated by reference (including the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Walsh Brothers Electric LLC regarding your use of the Site and any services provided.
